Ambient Sound Bath Guided Meditation

A combination of synthesis, sound bowls and concepts from hypnotherapy, an environment is created well suited to improve internal dialogue, encourage internal healing, reduce stress and induce overall well-being.

Ambient Soundbath

A combination of different synthesis types are used live to create frequencies and textures that travel through the listener as sound waves.   The variety of layered waves help the mind become more coherent in its function and can help engage the parasympathetic nervous system.

 

The sound bowls are ran through effects that elongate the ring and resonances they create, and smooth out the sound.

Guided Meditation

Sessions usually begin with a breathing exercise to feel sound resonance generated within your own body.  

Followed by a gentle relaxation hypnotherapy induction that promotes attention to internal processes that are usually subconscious.  

Then guided into a spacious feeling of nothingness, hoping to silence the mind  to allow relief of everyday thought processes and the worrisome messages.

This is followed by an ambient sound bath to allow people to create their own internal journeys that are needed, similar to a day dream, or just blankness, or the feeling of leaving your body.

ending with a moment of silence before being gently eased back into getting up and moving along with your day, hoping to take the feelings of relaxation and inner experiences that could be beneficial for you.

Stephen's voice is run through a headset mic with effects that help it sound more soothing, and blend in with the sound bath environment.
