Clinical Hypnotherapy
Taking the time to listen and create a unique experience with a desired outcome for change.

Hypnotherapy
A lot of people struggle with having an unhelpful and unsupportive inner voice. Hypnotherapy is in a sense a change to experience the consciousness following a path of thoughts and emotions that can benefit the individual. There is no control on behave of the hypnotherapist of the experience the client will have. It is the clients' interpretation of the suggestions that will provide the most meaningful and therapeutic benefit of the treatment.
Hypnotherapy has proven to be a very effective technique due to the fact it attempts to bypass our conscious minds that are set limiting our beliefs, and focuses more on our unconscious thoughts and emotions that guide much of our behaviours and thoughts we perceive as automaticaly happening beyond our control.
Use of ambient sound bath with hypnotherapy
Relaxing sound can very much enhance the enjoyment and effectiveness of creating an environment for a relaxing induction.
For clinical hypnotherapy its use is very minimal as most of the attention of therapist is on the words/visualizations suggested and the reactions of the client.
It is a useful tool live though, because the sound can be changed to follow the flow of the treatment, to add appropriate background to the suggestions, and even use specific frequencies to match the intentions of the session.
