• Boil a pot of water and pour it into a large bowl.

• Add a 1-2 table spoon of the steam blend to the hot water.

• Drape a towel over your head and the bowl to create a steam tent.

• Close your eyes and breathe in the steam for 10-15 minutes, allowing the herbs and botanicals to work their magic.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Make sure the lid is tightly sealed to prevent moisture and air from getting in. Use within six months of purchase for best results.
